Threat indicates intent to cause someone harm. These threats are limited, and are often delivered “in the heat of the moment”. |

Habitual Disruption (Habitual previous level disruptions) |
If, after trauma informed interventions, continuous monitoring, and documentation of outcomes a student has at least three incidents in the previous level, a conduct designation for Habitually Disruptive may be used. |
