ACT
The ACT (American College Test) is a highly regarded assessment of academic readiness for college. All students who are considering college following high school should plan on taking the ACT at least once during their junior year. Students are encouraged to register on-line. ACT registration fees are $68.00 (No Writing) and $93.00 (With Writing). Visit https://www.act.org/ for a complete listing of testing dates, registration deadlines, and test preparation materials. Fee Waivers are available for students on free/reduced lunch.

Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)
As a career planning tool, the ASVAB will be provided for all juniors and interested senior students at Holden High School annually. Please see ASVAB for more information about this career exploration program or contact the high school counselors for additional information about the ASVAB.
