The Holden R-3 School District is accepting proposals for contracting out the Food Service Program with a Fixed Price contract for the 2025-26 school year.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled to review the RFP, answer any questions, and provide for a walk-through of facilities with school officials on January 14, 2025 at 1:00pm. The meeting will begin at the Office of the Superintendent at 1612 S Main Holden, MO 64040.
The required specifications are included in the RFP Packet below.
Bids must be submitted using the forms provided in the packet; no other documents submitted with the RFP/contract will affect the contract provisions.
All proposals must be submitted by February 3, 2025 to the Office of the Superintendent, 1612 S. Main, Holden, MO 64040. Call (816) 732-5568 with questions or for bid specification clarification.
The Holden R-III School District has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
