RFP: “One-to-One Chromebooks 2025-2026”
Receiving Date and Time: 9:00 am, CST, April 1, 2026
Holden R-III Schools is currently accepting bids for the following items:
1. QTY: 330 – Chromebooks Dell 3120, or equivalent
- Operating System - Google Chrome OS
- Processor: Intel® Processor N150 (6 MB cache, 4 cores, 4 threads, up to 3.60 GHz, 6W), 4GB, 64GB, 2 USBC
- Display: 11.6" HD (1366 x 768) Anti-Glare Non-Touch, Camera & Microphone, WLAN Capable
- Memory: 4 GB, LPDDR5, 4800 MT/s, on-board
- Hard Drive: 64GB eMMC, on-board
- Case Non-Touch LCD Cover
- Keyboard: US English Keyboard, non-backlit
- Wireless:Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX203 (2x2) + Bluetooth 5.2
- Battery: Primary 3-Cell 45 WHr Battery
- Warranty: 1-Year Mail Service Warranty

3. QTY 330 - Lightspeed Systems Relay - 5 Year License
4. THE ACCEPTED BIDDER MUST BE ABLE TO HOLD ALL PRICING UNTIL JULY 1, 2026. THE DISTRICT MAY NOT MAKE THE PURCHASE UNTIL THAT TIME. ONCE THE BID IS ACCEPTED BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, NO SPECIFICATIONS OR PRICING MAY CHANGE. ➢ Devices can, and are preferred, to be delivered before July 1st, 2026.
BID FORM:
Bids should be made on a “Bid Form” (below). The bids will be accepted until 9:00 am, CST, April 1st, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened. No bid will be accepted after the official time and date. If the bidder decides to utilize an overnight carrier, it is the bidder’s responsibility to select a carrier that will deliver directly to the location listed above C/O Ben Anderson. Bids must address all components of the RFP. The successful bidder will be notified.
DELIVERY:
Deliver the Chromebooks to Holden High School, ATTN: Technology Dept., 1901 S. Main St., Holden, MO 64040
SUBMISSION:
Submissions of sealed bids will be accepted by the vendor’s choice of one of the following:
- US postal service: The sealed envelope shall be marked on its face with the name of the person, firm, or corporation plus “Sealed Bid - One-to-One Chromebooks 2025-26” and delivered to the Office of Superintendent, Holden R-III Schools, 1612 S. Main, Holden, MO 64040 C/O Ben Anderson.
- Hand-delivered in a sealed envelope and marked on its face with the name of the person, firm, or corporation plus “Sealed Bid - One-to-One Chromebooks 2025-26” and delivered to the Office of Superintendent, Holden R-III Schools, 1612 S. Main, Holden, MO 64040 C/O Ben Anderson.

Holden R-III Schools reserves the right to reject any bid which, through bidder error or omission, is found to be mathematically incorrect, otherwise incomplete, or not in compliance with Holden R-III Schools' bid specifications. The right to reject bids that are incomplete, inaccurate, or not in compliance shall be exercised in the best interest of Holden R-III Schools. In addition, the Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities to select any vendor filing a proposal and to reject any or all bids.
