    Bill Faust, Jr., President

    Years of Service: First Elected 2014     Term Ends: 2020

    Bill Faust, Jr. was first elected to the Board of Education in April 2014. Bill has lived in the Holden R-III School District since 1976. Bill graduated from Holden High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UMKC. Bill is an engineering manager. Bill, and his wife, Lori, have three sons, Billy  III and Braden, and Bryce, who attend school in Holden.

       
     tonyea inglis  

    Tonyea Inglis, Vice-President

    Years of Service:  Elected 2017     Term Ends:  2020

    Tonyea Inglis was elected to the Board of Education in April 2017. She has lived in the Holden R-III School District for 18 years. Tonyea and her husband, Kenny, have two children, Lane and Bri, who attend school in Holden. Tonyea is the director of research regulatory compliance and environmental health and safety for a medical research institute.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Central Missouri. Tonyea is the chair of the UCM MSIH Advisory Board.

     

       
     georgia jarman

    Georgia Jarman, Treasurer

    Years of Service:  Elected 2015      Term Ends:  2021

    Georgia Jarman was first elected to the Board of Education in April 2015. Georgia holds a doctorate in educational leadership. Georgia is a parent and former elementary teacher and principal. She retired from teaching in the University of Central Missouri Education Department and is a former school board member.

       
     ray briscoe

    Ray Briscoe, Member

    Years of Service:  Elected 2017   Term Ends:  2020

    Ray Briscoe was elected to the Board of Education in April 2017. Ray graduated from Holden High School, earned a Bachelors of Science in Education and teaching certificate from the University of Missouri and subsequently a Masters of Science in Industry and Technology. Ray and his wife, Sandra, have two children and three grandsons. Ray has lived in the Holden area since 2015. Ray is retired from the United States Air Force with 30 plus years and Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. 

       
     kevin coleman  

    Kevin Coleman, Member

    Years of Service:  Elected 2019   Term Ends:  2022

    Kevin Coleman graduated from Kingsville High School and continued his education at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. He taught English and coached a variety of sports for Pleasant Hill, Grain Valley, and Oak Grove school districts before taking on the role of Principal at Kingsville for three years and subsequently took over the helm as superintendent for 14 years.

    Kevin is President of the Board of Directors for Kingsville Medical Clinic and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Missouri State High School Activities Association. He is a co-owner of a Holden business and has lived in the Holden district for 16 years. Kevin and his wife Heather have two sons (Crosby & Conor, Holden graduates) and one daughter (Cassidy, Kingsville graduate).

    Sarah Abel, Member

    Years of Service:  Elected 2019      Term Ends: 2022

    Sarah Abel has lived in the Holden R-III School District for 19 years and has taught at both Holden Elementary and Holden Middle schools. She currently works for her family business and serves on the Holden School Foundation Board. Sarah graduated from Warrenton High School and went on to attend the University of Central Missouri. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education as well as a Masters in Educational Technology. Sarah and her husband Eric have three children who attend Holden schools: Garrett, Madie, & Blake. Sarah enjoys reading and spending time with her family at the lake.

    Sam Thomason, Member

    Years of Service:  Elected 2015       Term Ends. 2021

    Sam Thomason was first elected to the Board of Education in April 2015. Sam has lived in Holden his entire life. Sam graduated from Holden High School. Sam and his wife, Jean, have a daughter and son that graduated from Holden schools. Sam is a self-employed farmer. Sam is active in the Holden FFA Alumni and the Knights of Columbus.
